THREAT INTELLIGENCE COLLECTION

See criminal infrastructure beyond submitted reports.

CCRNet organizes lawfully accessible intelligence from the dark web, Telegram, illicit marketplaces, forums, and other high-risk channels where cybercrime is advertised, coordinated, or discussed. That external intelligence can enrich private reports without erasing where a signal came from.

Collect with boundaries.Collection is limited by authorization, applicable law, platform terms, data-minimization rules, and documented research purposes. CCRNet does not purchase illegal material, participate in criminal activity, or treat an online claim as proof.
01
OBSERVE

Monitor approved sources

Capture relevant posts, aliases, infrastructure, listings, and timestamps from authorized collection targets.

02
ORGANIZE

Build provenance-rich knowledge

Normalize entities into Knolo packs while retaining source, collection time, confidence, and handling restrictions.

03
LEARN

Train and evaluate models

Create governed datasets for pattern discovery, fraud prediction, model testing, and human-reviewed connections.

MISSION-ALIGNED ACCESS

Public benefit at every level.

Future access would be based on purpose, qualification, governance, and available support—not only purchasing power.

COMMUNITY

Learn

Free educational resources and peer-support pathways for people affected by fraud.

  • Safety guidance
  • Fraud typologies
  • Public trend reports
INSTITUTIONAL

Sustain

Paid, governed deployments and support may help sustain the foundation’s charitable programs.

  • Isolated Knolo packs
  • Audit and permissions
  • Evaluated integrations
  • Mission-supporting revenue
Designed for responsible use.

Predictions surface risk patterns for qualified human review. They are not findings of wrongdoing, credit decisions, or autonomous enforcement actions.
