# CCRNet

> CCRNet stands for Cybercrime Research Network. It is the public-benefit cybercrime research and public-safety program of HIVE Technology Foundation Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation. CCRNet is in active research and development, has no expected launch date, and does not currently accept complaints, incident reports, or evidence.

## Four public-benefit programs

1. Open Knowledge Infrastructure: Knolo and related open-source tools for reproducible, local-first, privacy-conscious AI retrieval.
2. Cybercrime Research: Research into structuring, searching, connecting, evaluating, and safely using fraud and cybercrime information.
3. Public Education: Fraud typologies, safety guidance, research findings, anonymized trend reports, technical papers, and educational datasets.
4. Investigator and Researcher Support: Intended free or subsidized tools, datasets, and technical help for qualified public-interest users.
